Setting the standard for exceptional customer service has been John's passion for almost 20 years since majoring in Communications at Central Washington University. He truly enjoys meeting new people, hearing about their life experiences, and partnering with them to help bring their business to the next level. Working alongside the efficient people at Northwest Title has made that easy. Born and raised in Seattle, he and his wife Cristina are now raising their two kids – Ella, 8 and Erick, 5 – in the Maple Leaf neighborhood. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. An accomplished athlete in my youth, he still likes to stay active and seek new adventures – from climbing the Great Wall of China to cycling the length of Baja California to zip-lining in Mexico!

Andrea is the Property Manager for Northern Lights Apartments. Overseeing an eight acre property with over 200 residents is very much like running a miniature city. She has the honor of working for the McClellan family who owned the community since 1989. With a variety of amenities, fantastic location, a supportive staff and collection of residents that she could not have dreamed of; she indeed has the best job. In her spare time she attends SCC, volunteers with rescued greyhounds, teaches crafting classes, makes greeting cards, and LOVES football season!

Pam is enjoying learning something new every day in her second career as a Broker/Realtor with John L. Scott. Her first career was as a Deaf and Deaf/Blind interpreter and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) specialist. Now as a Realtor, she loves to share her knowledge of the buying and selling process with everyone who wants to learn. Family is very important to Pam as she has been married to George for over 37 years and they have four grown children and two grandchildren. Church and service to the community are also life priorities.

Groovie Impressions has a shop in Brier, WA that produces some marketing items such as screen printing, vinyl for vehicles, signs & banners, small run pad printing, and buttons, but works with others in the industry to obtain the most effective marketing items.  Jan is a UW Dawg with a BA in Sociology and MAS from PPAI.
